Partner with the Best
The People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner - FC & SS plays a strategic role in aligning workforce planning and organizational design with business goals. This role leads long-range planning (LRP) efforts, talent development, and change management initiatives across the assigned Segment. The P&C Business Partner collaborates closely with local P&C Experience & Performance teams to deploy global initiatives and ensure alignment with company-wide strategies.

As a P&C Business Partner - FC & SS, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the long-range People & Culture strategy for partner teams within the Segment and leading workforce modeling and scenario planning to align headcount and cost strategies with business needs and financial targets
  • Monitoring organizational fitness metrics to ensure structures remain efficient and leading change management efforts related to organizational design
  • Owning succession planning and talent development for N-4/N-5 levels and driving the People & Culture Review (PCR) process in coordination with local P&C Experience & Performance teams
  • Providing governance aligned with the unified talent and learning strategy, offering leadership coaching focused on performance, culture, and leadership development
  • Collaborating with local P&C Experience & Performance teams to deploy global initiatives related to engagement, wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Supporting all P&C aspects of acquisitions and divestitures globally, partnering with the P&C XP organization to ensure timely and effective execution
  • Executing annual human resources processes with senior leadership on a global scale, including talent evaluation, incentive planning, performance development, and salary review activities for the designated business group

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnership within a multinational environment
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs or projects
  • Possess established project management skills
  • Be able to influence others and lead initiatives with global scope and impact
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate proven analytical and organizational ability
  • Possess effective problem identification and solution skills
