The Wireline Services team supports on-site operations, maintenance, and planning of our industry-leading well intervention services. Partner with the Best As the Product Line Technical Training Leader - Wireline Services, you will support the organization by designing career paths, competency programs, and training for Field, Assembly, Maintenance, Overhaul, and Manufacturing teams to align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement technical training programs aligned with business goals and operational needs. Design and manage career progression paths and competency frameworks. Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions to address them. Collaborate with business leaders, operations, and HR to assess training needs and prioritize initiatives. Lead and manage instructors or facilitators, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance oversight. Plan, schedule, and execute training programs to support internal and external customer requirements. Create, update, and manage training materials, manuals, and digital content. Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS, simulations, VR/AR) to enhance training delivery and engagement. Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Continuously improve learning experiences by integrating new content and innovative delivery methods. Manage the training budget and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Fuel Your Passion Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. 5+ years of operations and business experience in Wireline Services or a relevant product line. Experience as a coach, manager, or instructor in a functional or operational role. Strong understanding of root cause analysis for performance issues.
