Our Company Adobe is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact sales and customer retention initiatives across the Americas Sales and Retention Business. We are very excited to have this role focus on driving growth, improving renewal rates, and decreasing attrition through effective project management, process development and analysis, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams and defining scalable processes. The ideal candidate boasts extensive experience in leading all aspects of projects, developing processes, and collaborating closely with Sales, Solution Account Managers, and other teams. This position directly impacts revenue and customer experience. What You Will Do
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
