POSITION PURPOSE The Ancillary Relationship Executive serves as the primary seller for our Ancillary org. They are assigned to a specific market and are responsible to sell our open-line Ancillary offerings, working seamlessly between dealers, design firms, customers, and commercial real estate firms (i.e.); they must be able to effectively communicate with each of the audiences and their unique needs, in pursuit of more ancillary sales. The Ancillary Relationship Executive will leverage our Design and Ancillary Specialist to increase the frequency of MillerKnoll product specifications to best speak to the essence of each brand, what makes them different, how the full portfolio solves the client's need. The Ancillary Relationship Executive must both look to expand our ancillary offerings with current customers and have 'hunter' skills - eager to go find and close new ancillary business. Both responsibilities are important to this role's success. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
