Shermco System Integration (SSI), under Shermco Industries, is a leading provider of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) solutions serving industrial and infrastructure markets across North America. SSI delivers comprehensive engineering, integration, manufacturing, and field services that ensure our clients' systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. From PLC/SCADA design and programing to UL508A panel fabrication, commissioning, and field execution, SSI provides full turnkey solutions across a variety of industries & end markets. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand SSI's business. This role combines technical understanding of controls and electrical systems with strategic business development skills to grow project and program opportunities across SSI's service lines. The ideal candidate is a technically minded sales professional who can engage engineering, operations, and maintenance leaders, understand their operational challenges, and align SSI's solutions to their needs. Ideally, we are seeking someone in the Cedar Rapids, IA area but will consider other US locations as long as you live close to a major airport. Travel is 50%. Responsibilities 
 Identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across engineering & design, system integration, field services, and manufactured solutions. Qualifications
