POSITION SUMMARY: The Admissions Coordinator at Brockton Behavioral Health Center (BBHC) plays a pivotal role in managing the entire admissions workflow for our acute care psychiatric facility and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) unit. This position ensures the smooth acceptance of appropriate patients, manages the interface between clinical, administrative, and utilization management (UM) processes, and supports timely, safe, and compliant patient placement. The Admissions Coordinator will collaborate closely with clinical leadership, UM teams, Patient Financial Counselors (PFCs), and senior leadership to maintain optimal patient flow, manage unit acuity and capacity, and provide excellent patient-centered care. Compensation Range: $18.99- $26.68This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
