 Come join the fast-growing Building Engineering Services Group (BES) at HDR. BES provides industry leading mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site civil, structural, and specialty design services for a wide variety of buildings that include public, municipal, private, and government project types. Projects are a balance of local as well as across the region. With a team of experienced staff in specific market sectors such as Water/Wastewater, Datacenters, Healthcare, and Industrial facilities; we provide engineering excellence for our clients. In the role of the Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Work with Building Engineering Services (BES) Project Managers and other technical team members in support of the BES Market Sectors and Business groups that BES supports. The duties of the Project Coordinator may include any of the following: 
     Assist BES Project Managers or Designees',
      
       Download required HDR project initiation documents and assist as directed to completeDownload required HDR project execution documents and assist as directed to completeUpdate project financial records as directedDownload project financial information as directedApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document management throughout projectAssist with preparing expense reports and booking travelAssist with preparing project progress reports for monthly invoicingAttend project meetings and prepare detailed minutes of meetingsPerform project filing of hard-copy documentation.Assist in project closeout activities as directedPerform project construction administration activities,
      
       Document Management. Establish a document filing, distribution, retrieval, and management system that provides for the identification of critical project records, and distribution, tracking, action notification and status reporting of items requiring iterative review and comment, response or signature to reach closure.Administration of Submittal requirementsAdministration of O&M manual reviewsMaintain submittal schedule and recordsMaintain RFI Logs and recordsLog project controls documentation and generate tracking reportsAble to conduct Project communication and Project collaboration system workshops with project teams and Owners.Work collaboratively with Information TechnologySupport project team members on the completion of documents, including supporting the formatting, word processing, editing and organization of project documents, reports and correspondenceCreate, develop and edit PDF files, Word documents and templates, Excel spreadsheets and charts and PowerPoint presentations based on input from project team membersResponsible for uploading documents to our in-house filing systems (ProjectWise and/or Newforma)Work collaboratively with peers in Kansas City and other HDR officesOther duties as requested Preferred Qualifications 
     Highly organized, detail oriented, strong communicatorExcellent at multi-tasking with minimal supervisionGood working knowledge of Google communication products (gDrive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)Preference given to local candidates #LI-EV1
   Required Qualifications
