What We Do
Responsible for managing revenue generation and operations for multiple branch offices in a broadly defined geographic area/region where title operations and escrow transactions are conducted. Influences the development and implementation of strategic goals and ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. May have multiple functions reporting into this role including Branch Managers, Escrow Operations, Title Operations, and / or Sales.
May be responsible for multiple functions across a county. This role does not exist in all areas but may exist in larger/high volume markets and may function as operations manager in some regions. This role does not have individual production goals or run a desk. This role is 5 x week in our Roseburg, OR branch. Essential Functions (What You'll Do)
