Quality Assurance Specialist Menomonee Falls, WI Hourly Wage - $22 to $23/hr Seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and lively individual to help the momentum of our culture continue to grow. You will provide quality control and assurance throughout all phases of the production process. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are given the opportunity to: Maintain and update procedures and policies as it relates to ISO 9001. Conduct Spot Audits. Complete all customer and supplier questionnaires and issue compliance statements for REACH, Prop65, CMRT, CRT RoHS, etc. Collaborate with managers to develop and implement controls and process improvements. Aid in ensuring products meet customer requirements. The individual in the Quality Assurance Specialist role should: Thoroughly understand quality practices within ISO 9001 environment Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be extremely comfortable utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Be able to work onsite with a 6am to 3:30pm M-TH; 6am to 10am Friday schedule.
