The Job at a Glance As a Supervisor on our Overnight Stocking Team at our 130k square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center, you'll lead a team of stocking associates in a fast-paced distribution environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and stocked efficiently, while maintaining inventory accuracy and team productivity. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to motivate and guide your team during overnight hours. A Typical Day Lead and supervise a team of overnight stocking associates. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and quality control standards. Monitor nightly stocking goals and ensure timely completion. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with peers and management to resolve issues and improve processes. Schedule labor and manage timekeeping for team members to ensure adequate staffing during shifts. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and support employee engagement. Assist in developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment. To Land This Opportunity You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment. You are reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to team success. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. You take pride in your accuracy, speed, and motivating others to do their best. You have strong communication skills and are proficient in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations. You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker. You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is helpful. The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, equipment, shift, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a production bonus depending on the role.
