Web Optimization Manager This is a full-time (40hrs a week), W2 contract running through March 2026. No C2C or Sponsorship provided, nor are we able to support international talent for this role.
Summary
The Web Optimization Manager will drive website performance through strategic testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on improving conversion rates, building new web pages aligned with marketing goals, and ensuring a seamless user journey from awareness to engagement.
Our Ideal Candidate
3+years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing funnel optimization, or growth marketing
Passion for data-driven marketing and user experience optimization
Strong foundation in A/B testing, analytics, and web performance improvement
Proficient with web content management systems (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Drupal) and comfortable with basic HTML/CSS
Skilled in collaborating with marketing, creative, UX, and product teams to deliver impactful web experiences
Experienced in project management tools such as Jira or Asana
Able to interpret and communicate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the website optimization and testing program to improve conversion rates and overall site performance.
You'll partner with cross-functional teams-including campaign managers, SEO, content, creative, UX, and product marketing-to design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and develop high-impact web pages that support broader marketing objectives. You will also ensure adherence to best practices for conversion rate optimization, technical quality, and data accuracy. By continuously reporting on key performance metrics, you'll play a vital role in shaping the website's strategy and driving measurable growth across the user journey.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, web design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, web analytics, or CRO strategy
Experience with data-driven decision-making and performance reporting
Familiarity with marketing funnels and user behavior analytics
Previous work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments preferred
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40- 45per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
