Principal Contracts Manager
Overview This position will be responsible for providing critical support to our field sales/service organization including but not limited to reviewing and negotiating sales/service agreements, software license agreements, global strategic account agreements, non-disclosure agreements and statements of works. This position will business partner regularly with our legal, senior management, strategic accounts, risk management departments, finance and sales teams. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Draft, evaluate, propose and negotiate alternative terms taking into account both the needs and expectations of our customers while minimizing our business risk and meeting our corporate objectives.
This is a hybrid role based out of Milford, MA 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Qualifications The successful candidate has the following competencies:
