What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects across the larger organization.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Engineering, providing insights and recommendations to drive high-quality product delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Program manages cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.
  • Facilitate and organize key meetings, such as Executive Leadership Team meetings, strategic offsites, and All Hands meetings, ensuring clear actions and follow-up.
  • Drive the development and implementation of operating mechanisms to enhance decision-making and execution.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and advisory roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research, analyze complex data, and use insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong project management & operational skills, with a track record of leading and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Strong Influencing and negotiating skills with a" customer first" mindset.
  • High ethical standards, trustworthiness, and discretion.

Who You Are:

  • BSEE or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of related experience or MSEE or equivalent with a minimum 8 years of related experience, MBA and or industry experience, preferred
  • Ability to drive multiple initiatives

  • An effective communicator with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:

You will be working closely with the VP of Engineering and other executive leaders comprising Executive Directors, VPs, and SVPs within and across the organization. This team is focused on driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence to support the growth and success of Synopsys
