The Medical Office Coordinator manages the clinical operations support team and registration operations, ensuring a smooth transition from when patients are seen by clinical staff to when they leave the clinic. Proactively maintains and manages provider clinic schedules to ensure quality patient care. Supports efforts to provide best patient practices, customer service, training, and support. Minimum Qualifications Required: 1. Any one or any combination totaling five (5) years (60 months), from the categories below A.
