We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Portfolio/PMO Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow into project management. The Analyst will serve as the system administrator for key applications used in our IT portfolio-Smartsheet for project tracking and InfoArchive for legacy ERP data access. They will also support executive reporting and gain hands-on experience in project management practices at AIT.

Key Responsibilities: Application Administration & Support
  • Serve as the system administrator for Smartsheet, managing user access, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Administer InfoArchive, ensuring secure and reliable access to archived ERP data for business users.
  • Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and implement enhancements to improve usability and performance.
Reporting & Executive Communication
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reports for executive-level project updates and portfolio reviews.
  • Assist in compiling data from various sources to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Project Portfolio Support
  • Learn and apply AIT's project management methodologies and tools.
  • Support project managers in tracking milestones, risks, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Participate in project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Professional Development & Growth
  • Shadow experienced project managers to understand end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Progressively take on project coordination and eventually lead projects within the IT portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or project coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and data/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in growing into a project management role.
