Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: The Sourcing Consultant plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging high-caliber talent for critical and advanced-level Mortgage Loan Originator roles across the mortgage line of business. This role requires deep research expertise, strategic sourcing capabilities, and a consultative mindset to uncover hidden talent not typically accessible through traditional sourcing channels. With a focus on building and nurturing strong relationships, the Sourcing Consultant partners closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates. The ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness is essential. This role is instrumental in driving a sustained competitive advantage by proactively identifying talent that aligns with the organization's long-term goals. The Sourcing Consultant is also responsible for fostering a culture of risk awareness by openly sharing ideas, raising concerns, and adhering to all policies and procedures. They are accountable for consistently doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and for ensuring that their actions contribute to a positive customer experience. Operating within the Bank's risk appetite, the Sourcing Consultant achieves results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role does not include direct management responsibilities. However, the Sourcing Consultant may provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced sourcing consultants and talent acquisition team members, sharing best practices and supporting skill development across the team.
