Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: We are seeking a high-level CNC machinist with at least 6+ years of manual and/or CNC machining experience. This is a growth level position. Potential applicants must have good mechanical and machining skills and the desire to grow into a highly skilled machinist. This position can grow into the future of the company.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes (machining centers), with a preference for experience using HAAS controls. *Operate and maintain manual lathes and mills as needed for prototype or low-volume production work. *Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM systems with at least 2 years of experience, demonstrating a strong desire to continually improve and optimize processes. *Interpret and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards to ensure parts meet precise engineering specifications. *Apply knowledge of cutting speeds, feeds, and material properties to select appropriate tooling and machining parameters. *Perform basic inspection and measurement of machined parts; experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is considered a strong asset. *Collaborate effectively with engineering, scientific, assembly, and machine shop teams to support product development and manufacturing goals. Pay may vary in other locations.
