*Description*
Respond promptly to escalated hardware and software support tickets from the outsourced Help Desk. Provide hands-on technical support across hospital departments, including the Emergency Department and surgical areas. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and proprietary healthcare applications (training provided). A+ Certification is preferred. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
