Who We Are Looking For



As a Treasury Analyst at Crisis24, you will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, optimizing liquidity, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. You'll work with global finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, compliance, and risk mitigation across our international footprint.



Experienced with high-volume transactions for large customer base and familiarity with NetSuite, Avalara and Salesforce software would be a plus but not required. Strong verbal, written communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. Ideal candidate will be fast-learning, energetic and motivated.

What You Will Work On




  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions and banking activity for fraud
  • Initiate banking transactions
  • Responsible for processing customer payments received via lockbox, ACH, credit card and wires into NetSuite
  • Maintain banking relationships and account administration
  • Manage sales tax compliance with Avalara and third-party processor
  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions and banking activity for fraud
  • Applies and reviews all incoming and outgoing payments in NetSuite
  • Research payment differences and coordinates with internal and external teams as needed
  • Ensures compliance with all state regulations by managing CT Corp relationship
  • Leads scalable customer initiatives to drive an efficient order to cash process
  • Documents and distributes cash related processes for internal teams
  • Creates journal entries to clear foreign exchange differences and bank fee charges
  • Oversees customer refunds and coordinates with accounts payable team for payment
  • Responsible for customer correspondence regarding refunds and chargebacks
  • Supports functional departments (i.e. collections, billings, sales) with ad hoc requests
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and audit requirements
  • Other duties as assigned



What You Will Bring




  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, accounting, or financial analysis
  • Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and general accounting concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and interest in leveraging AI tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with global complexity
  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with NetSuite, Avalara, and Salesforce accounting software would be a plus but not required. Exposure to crisis response, security-related industries, or software is a plus
