Position Overview:
A Senior Provisioning Analyst is responsible for preparing and producing provisioning technical documentation per Company, military, and commercial specifications and standards. The analyst organizes and prepares specified provisioning documentation, including the compilation and analysis of source material. Responsibilities include coordinating the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation under applicable specifications/standards and other requirements. The role also involves coordinating required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce provisioning technical documentation by Company, military, and commercial specifications and standards.
• Organize and prepare specified provisioning documentation, including the compilation and analysis of source material.
• Coordinate the development, editing, composition, production, and delivery of assigned provisioning technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable specifications, standards, and other requirements.
• Coordinate required ancillary services and interdepartmental activities to support the production and delivery of documentation.

Experience:

• Must have five (5) years of experience in shipbuilding logistics support or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in technical writing and editing.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of provisioning technical documentation standards and practices.
• Ability to compile and analyze source material for the preparation of provisioning documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate interdepartmental activities and ensure the timely delivery of documentation.
