Men's Health, Aging, and Metabolism Research is seeking a highly motivated co-op student intern to support our research team with a primary focus on a diabetes kidney disease study examining an oral study drug on improving kidney function, inflammation, physical performance, and overall aging in men and women who have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. The co-op student would be working on this study as it enters its final stages of recruitment and study completion. Responsibilities will include assisting with data entry, preparing for end-of-study procedures, conducting study visits, and supporting ongoing study operations.
This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain direct experience in clinical research aimed at improving diabetes kidney disease health outcomes. In addition to the diabetes study, the co-op student intern may assist with other ongoing clinical trials involving exercise science, metabolism, hormones, and aging. Education
