Description

Purpose of Role
Customer Financial Services minimizes credit risk and maximize cash flow.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure on time and accurate communication between internal/external stakeholders
* Ensure adherence to YCA payment terms, including flooring requirement
* Ensure positive dealer relationships
* Support sales through timely order release
* Ensure resolution of internal and external requests
* Support the increase of sales to meet business KPIs
* Drives achievement of department goals and KPIs

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Manage daily release of orders
* Investigate, verify, and make recommendations on customers applying for credit or credit line changes
* Manages dealer A/R portfolio
* Negotiate special credit arrangements
* Support department leadership by mentoring and training new team members

* Reconciliations: Ensure that two sets of accounting records are in agreement

Qualifications
Ideal
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Progressive experience with account reconciliation
* Progressive experience in a commercial credit department
* Demonstrated success facilitating payment arrangements and escalating disputes
* Experience with credit systems and tools
* Demonstrated success with flooring activities

Preferred
* 4+ years experience in a commercial credit department
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Oracle ERP
* Salesforce

Compensation



  • The hiring range for this position is $72,000 - $87,000 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
  • Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
