Job Description:

Crowe's Microsoft practice is seeking a Manager-level Consultant with a strong command of technical accounting and hands-on ERP implementation experience to lead delivery of the Crowe Lease Management solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365 Finance). Ideal candidates bring deep technical accounting skills; lease accounting expertise (ASC 842/IFRS 16) is a strong plus. Proven experience translating accounting requirements into scalable system designs is a must.

What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end implementations of Crowe Lease Management on D365 Finance-from discovery and design through configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
* Translate technical accounting requirements (ASC 842, IFRS 16, and related guidance) into robust system configurations, controls, and reports.
* Architect leasing solutions within D365 Finance, aligning with client policies and internal control frameworks to enable audit-ready outcomes.
* Own solution scope and quality: guide clients on best practices, manage risks and dependencies, and support project management to deliver on time and budget.
* Partner with finance, audit, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements, data models, accounting entries, and disclosure reporting.
* Enable clients through workshops, UAT leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
* Contribute to practice growth by mentoring team members, supporting pursuits, and investing in internal initiatives when not on client delivery.

What You've Done
* Technical Accounting: Demonstrated mastery of GAAP/IFRS concepts; experience applying complex guidance in systemized processes.
* Lease Accounting: Hands-on experience with ASC 842/IFRS 16 (recognition, classification, ROU assets, lease liability amortization, modifications/remeasurements, disclosures).
* ERP & Systems: Led or architected ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft D365 Finance); comfortable with configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting.
* Delivery Leadership: Managed complex, multi-workstream client engagements with measurable business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
* 3-7+ years in technical accounting or public accounting/advisory; 2-4+ years implementing ERP or specialized finance/lease systems.
* Proven experience implementing solutions that comply with ASC 842 and/or IFRS 16.
* Strong proficiency with requirements gathering, process design, testing, and change management.
* functional teams.
* CPA, CA, or equivalent; or significant technical accounting experience in lieu of certification.

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience with D365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project, Reporting) and lease subledger/ISV solutions.
* Familiarity with financial reporting, SEC disclosures, and audit requirements related to lease accounting.
* Consulting or auditing background with a track record of client leadership and team mentoring.
