Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Market Research team in CHICAGO IL! This position is responsible for gathering, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting various marketing, operational, and satisfaction data. Incumbent will also be responsible for the project management of primary quantitative and qualitative research projects, including content development, research design, sampling, survey programming, analyzing and reporting survey data, and research vendor management.

NOTE: this role is hybrid/flex and REQUIRES in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. Relocation will not be offered, sponsorship (either now or in the future) will not be available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years' marketing research, consulting or planning experience which may be substituted for the degree.
  • Solid knowledge of financial and statistical analysis and interpretation.
  • Keen quantitative and qualitative research and analytic skills.
  • Proficiency with key software packages (word processing, data management, spreadsheet, statistical analysis and presentation) and experience with corporate programming languages (i.e. SPSS, among others).
  • Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Initiative and persistence, with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • PC proficiency to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Social Sciences.
  • Strong market research, research lab, or survey experience.
  • Healthcare industry experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$40,900.00 - $91,000.00
