Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Fort Knox, Kentucky

Employment Status: Full-Time Regular

FLSA Classification: Exempt- Salaried

**Position contingent upon award of contract

Position Summary:

The Program Manager (PM) will oversee the administration, performance, and compliance of contract. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact between the Government and contract staff, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations, quality standards, and operational efficiency. The PM shall be the primary Contractor representative responsible for all management and coordination of the contracted work and will ensure all standards are met for 268 locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and contract compliance across all USAREC brigades and HQ
  • Coordinate with COR and Contracting Officer, attend post-award and quarterly reviews
  • Acts as central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this contract.
  • Leads all operational aspects of project to include cost, schedule and technical performance management; personnel and subcontractor management; safety; and other related operations activities.
  • Manages expectations and relationships with the client senior management, company senior management and project teams.
  • Identifies resources required for the project and oversees employee selection, hiring, and development.
  • Leverages the full range of corporate resources to improve service delivery.
  • Ensures work is executed in accordance with company practices and values and client specifications
  • Communicates with the corporate office on all matters related to contract execution and performance such as personnel safety, deliverables, personnel issues (to include staffing performance), contract task conflicts, contract scope, contract financials, etc.
  • Holds responsibility for the projects profit and loss.
  • Provides the leadership, direction, and necessary resources to ensure successful and effective contract performance in all areas including safety; quality of work; cost productivity; compliance with established procedures; timeliness; accuracy; and cooperation.
  • Exercises sound business practices/methods; ensures all business activities are in compliance with all corporate policies/procedures and contract requirements; are carried out in a legal and ethical manner, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and are in accordance with good corporate safety practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Oversee quality control program and deliverables.
  • Resolve escalated issues, maintain workforce continuity, and authorize decisions on all contract matters.

  • Provide monthly activity and manpower reports

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree minimum

* 10+ years progressive experience in Army operations, including recruiting battalion/company operations.

* Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and large-scale administrative support contracts.

* Valid Driver's license

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

* Ability to successfully complete all required training

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

* Ability to lead a team of 60+ people

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to solve problems

Additional Requirements:

  • Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport
