Our clients Services Business & Marketing team is seeking an experienced and self-motived Digital Creative Senior Producer to help drive key marketing deliverables for their B2B Services. They are looking for a highly organized, results-oriented individual that has extensive experience managing multiple deliverables across many different crossfunctional partners to drive key marketing and go-to-market initiatives in a tech or creative agency setting. The ideal candidate should be someone who is both collaborative and effective at driving multiple tracks of work simultaneously. They will manage the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, including requirements gathering, design, and go-to-market execution.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting a cross-functional team of Business, Product, Design, Marketing and Engineering stakeholders responsible for building a customer-facing web experiences for our clients business customers. As the digital creative producer, you will drive creative development and delivery of marketing assets by being highly collaborative, detail oriented, and wiling to help drive accountability across multiple work streams. You will manage and track the day-to-day progress of product, design and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of needed requirements and assets, remove roadblocks, and resolve all open issues. You will need to collaborate with other producers (responsible for deliverables) and projects managers (responsible for timelines and schedules). You will collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional partners across the organization to define priorities, drive clarity around deliverables, align schedules, navigate the approval process and drive decision-making. You will coordinate and drive cross-functional reviews, take detailed notes, communicate decisions and opens, and facilitate next steps. You will be responsible for being detailed down to the granular level, while maintaining an overarching view across timelines and tracks of work.

Responsibilities



  • Manage the end-to-end process of the creation of key marketing assets for a large-scale go-to-market effort
  • Liaise across Product, Design, Marketing and Business stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, creative direction and deliverables
  • Own all components of the development process of customer-facing marketing assets, ranging from initial ideation to the execution of individual creative placements
  • Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of all needed creative and copy, starting with initial direction and input from multiple different stakeholder groups
  • Create a process and system for tracking, visualizing and updating stakeholders on multiple deliverables
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks to ensure the timely delivery of business and project priorities
  • Host effective meetings and reviews by facilitating discussion, steering the team towards alignment, and driving decision-making
  • Create effective documentation of key decisions and visual repositories of all content and creative assets


Minimum Qualifications



  • 6+ years experience in producing digital products and projects or Project Management or Operations in a Creative/Marketing Agency or global brand
  • Proven track record of managing creative deliverables for large-scale marketing or customer-facing activations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in creating, deploying and enforcing processes to drive positive and efficient outcomes
  • Experienced in collaborating across multiple teams and holding partner accountable to schedules and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating meetings and reviews with senior leadership


Preferred Qualifications



  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience with SaaS or B2B products and services
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing for web products or subscriptions
  • Experienced in working in a highly matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities with grace and precision
  • Keen eye for detail and an understanding of aesthetic and storytelling standards


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $63.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
