Launch your career in Facilities Management at JLL! We have an incredible opportunity for a Concierge Coordinator to join our Workplace Experience team on one of our client accounts. In this role, working with the Workplace Experience Concierge Manager and being responsible for all aspects of experience focused services including soft services, amenity programming, customer experience, and day-to-day service delivery in support of the clients world headquarters office in San Francisco.

Location: San Francisco, CA 94104Schedule: On-site, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PMReporting To: Workplace Experience Concierge Manager Estimated Compensation: $31.35 - $36.54 an hour, the range listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A job offer will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data What this job involves:

Service delivery includes, but is not limited to, reception, concierge services, amenities, wellbeing, food services, meeting & event planning, mail, print and other high touch services. The role is client facing and must be able to exhibit outstanding client service and communication skills from the C-Suite down. This client facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality focused environment. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, whose intrinsic purpose is to build a sense of community, connection, and a tireless focus on delivering unique, magical, and memorable experiences that aligns with JLL & clients values and highly engaging culture.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Front of House Excellence - Serve as primary point of contact providing warm welcome to employees and visitors, manage check-in/out processes, maintain presentable reception areas, and deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
  • Workplace Experience Support - Process and manage workplace service requests via Jira tickets including events, amenities, shipping/receiving, access cards, and employee programs while ensuring timely response within one day.
  • Administrative Operations - Provide clerical support including maintaining playbooks and trackers, managing voicemail, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Facilities, IT, vendors, and internal teams through weekly operations meetings to coordinate services, manage vendor performance, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Active Workplace Engagement - Spend minimum two hours daily in reception and walking floors to engage employees, monitor workspace conditions (conference rooms, pantries, etc.), and proactively identify service opportunities.
  • Risk Management & Compliance - Monitor operations for security, privacy, and safety risks; escalate issues appropriately; ensure compliance with JLL and client policies; serve as floor warden during emergencies.
  • Continuous Improvement - Participate in training and professional development, suggest process improvements, maintain knowledge of systems and procedures, and support culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Experience:
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years prior experience in workplace experience services, hospitality, events, commercial facility or property management
  • Strong communicator - good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English); also an active listener
  • Delivers results in a fast-paced environment with a record of accomplishment of initiative, integrity, and good judgment.
  • Customer service and client facing experience
Preferred experience:
  • Trade school, union training, military service or college
  • Proficient skills in G-Suite
  • Confluence, Jira, Coupa skills are a plus

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 76,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
