Coho Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Program and System Analyst IV to provide depot maintenance supply chain analysis and planning in support of senior leadership at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) Aircraft Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM). The Analyst will serve as a Maintenance and Material Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing research, analysis, and process improvement support to ensure effective supply chain and maintenance operations aligned with WR-ALC's mission goals.

This role requires expertise in depot maintenance systems, performance measurement, and process improvement methodologies to identify gaps, develop recommendations, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):



  • Analyze depot maintenance and supply chain operations to identify gaps, assess alternatives, and recommend cost-effective improvements.
  • Support WR-ALC senior leadership by preparing reports, presentations, and briefings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collect and evaluate maintenance and supply chain data to perform root cause analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct schedule and material readiness analyses, linking parts to production timelines to ensure availability and reduce delays.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in depot maintenance systems such as PDMSS+/G097, DMAPS, G005M, AMRD, ROCIT, COPA, DSCMAT, and related AF/DLA systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of performance metrics that drive effective behaviors across maintenance and supply chain operations.
  • Facilitate and participate in process improvement initiatives, including Lean, A3, and Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).
  • Provide SME support and training to maintenance and supply personnel, including the development of material planning and production support training programs.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses, providing conclusions and recommendations to align operations with strategic goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize analytical tools, including SQL queries, pivot tables, and ACCESS database applications, to support material and production analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (AFSC, AFMC, DLA, and others) to address supply chain and maintenance challenges.
  • Ensure timely delivery of analysis, studies, and performance tracking reports to meet senior leadership requirements.
