How you will make history here... The IT Financial Technology Solutions team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team in managing medium to large-scale enterprise projects with a primary focus on Finance, Data, and Integration initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive strategic business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with deep knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and an understanding of complex enterprise environments, particularly within the financial services domain. The candidate for this role is also expected to ensure compliance with internal processes and apply project management best practices. They should have strong organizational skills, be process-oriented and quickly develop a good working knowledge of our internal procurement and PPMO processes and tools. The candidate must possess the ability to articulate the project's progress, issues and risks to IT leadership and business partners to ensure alignment and success in meeting objectives and milestones. What you bring to the table...
It would be nice if you have... Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $119,800-$172,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
