Lead Engineer

Lead Engineer to work in Cleveland, OH: Build, maintain and document infrastructure components for work assigned and perform reviews for all levels of engineer. Design solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively work on resolution of system and user experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms. Create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability. Develop and propose high-level infrastructure architectural guidelines. Formulate and design technical solutions to meet business needs and communicate cross-functionally to ensure viability of solutions. Recommend and influence IT standards (e.g. security info, audit, compliance, etc.). Assist in the development of strategies for building and maintaining new and existing solutions and capabilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience include build, maintain and document infrastructure components for work assigned; design solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively work on resolution of system and user experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms; create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability; formulate and design technical solutions to meet business needs and communicate cross-functionally to ensure viability of solution; recommend and influence IT standards (e.g. security info, audit, compliance, etc.).
