Summary:

In this role, you will manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), the Vizient Learning Center, and other technologies used by Vizient. You will ensure these technologies function at a high level to support learner and stakeholder development needs. You will work closely with the Learning and Development (LD) team, IT department, and other key stakeholders to optimize learning and education sites to enhance the learner experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure LMS, Learning Center, and other platforms to meet organizational requirements including user roles, permissions, and access levels.
  • Facilitate the design and development work for all learning portal sites
  • Oversee content management; upload and organize training resources, collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators to ensure resources are up-to-date, accurate, and engaging, and ensure that all content complies with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to support the LMS and Learning Center users, including administrators, instructors, and learners.
  • Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to keep the LMS current and functioning optimally, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct training user sessions and workshops to effectively utilize the site features and functionalities.
  • Monitor user feedback and address issues to enhance the user experience.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on learning activities, course completion rates, and learner progress.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and optimize learning programs.
  • Manage integration and upgrades; develop, code, test, enhance, and debug website code; build page development on corporate websites.
  • Create innovative digital marketing vehicles that increase the engagement of internal and external learners.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate the LMS and other client learning and education sites with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Assess and implement updates or new features to improve the LMS and Learning Center functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure the learning and education sites comply with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential security risks and implement measures to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning technology and LMS administration.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of the LMS, recommend enhancements to align with evolving learning needs, monitor Return on Investment (ROI) through analytics and Power BI.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience required.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Learning Management Systems, e-learning tools, and Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards required.
  • Proficiency configuring and managing LMS platforms including Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas required.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning content development required.
  • Experience as an LMS Administrator, Web Designer, or a similar technical role highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security protocols related to learning systems preferred.
  • Experience with Sharepoint and Sitecore implementation, reporting, and customization.
  • Skills with Google Analytics, Microsoft Teams, Google Forms, and Power BI preferred.
  • Experience in HTML, jQuery, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to lead client and staff training calls and meetings.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce meaningful reports.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
