This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.Blue Origin's mission is to build a road to space for the benefit of Earth. The Human Resources (HR) organization advances our Vision - "Millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth" -through programs that acquire critical talent, reward high performers, and develop current and future leaders. As a mission-critical partner, HR strengthens a safety-first culture, scales objective, compliant practices, and enables teams to deliver safe, repeatable spaceflight. As a key advisor to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and HR Leadership Team, this role shapes and executes Blue Origin's enterprise HR4HR strategy. Works collaboratively across HR COEs, HRBPs, and the CEO's office; translating executive priorities into measurable people solutions that strengthen leadership, culture, organization design, and talent outcomes. The role models a narrative-first writing culture, structured problem solving, and operational rigor, building scalable mechanisms (Goals, KPIs, Monthly and Quarterly Business, Annual Strategic Planning, Change Management) that drive business outcomes while elevating the employee experience.
