      The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities by providing compassionate and personalized support. This position focuses on assisting clients in achieving greater independence through daily living activities, skill development, and community integration. The DSP collaborates closely with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans that promote dignity, respect, and self-determination. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, the DSP helps clients build confidence and pursue their personal goals.
