What to Expect
As a Project Coordinator, you will be playing a critical role supporting OPEX Program Controls and Infrastructure System Deployment. You will proactively support OPEX Business Operations and System Deployment teams while collaborating across functional groups to ensure quarter over quarter goals are achieved and compliance is maintained.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the allocation and tracking of operating expenses, ensuring they align with departmental or company budgets. This includes forecasting costs, monitoring variances, and reporting on financial performance
- Monitor and report OPEX progress including reviewing spend and invoices
- Coordinate and set-up meetings with team members and stakeholders. Document, distribute and follow-up on action items
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising service levels, such as evaluating supplier quotes, or identify cost-saving initiatives
- Manage relationships with business operations, handle procurement processes, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements to maintain smooth operations in OPEX infrastructure-related activities
- Ensure all expenditures adhere to financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. This role might also involve mitigating risks associated with overspending or operational inefficiencies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent in experience;2+ years of field oversight or coordinator experience with a commercial or industrial construction firm is a plus
- Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with minimal guidance, proactive, and a motivated self-starter

Expected Compensation
$18.40 - $48.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
