Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$42.09 - $56.83 / hour

The Finance Manager role safeguards financial integrity, ensures timely and accurate reporting, leads audits and compliance, and serves as a key partner to assigned acute care or ambulatory/physician facilities for a multi-hospital, multi-specialty health system. Additionally, this role will drive budgeting, operational efficiency, and staff leadership to support organizational goals. This is accomplished through excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences, and the ability to understand complex processes and proactively analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

The Finance Manager may be assigned one or more additional areas of specialty which may include: 990 tax filing for not-for-profit organizations, benefits accounting (retirement plans, health plans, workers comp and professional liability insurance), financial statement preparation, audit coordination and auditor management, lease accounting, or goodwill accounting.

Education:Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university required; Bachelors in Accounting/Finance program of study preferred. Masters degree preferred.

Experience:Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare organization. Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or process management role preferred.

Certification:CPA preferred.

License:N/A

Other:Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare finance, and internal controls. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with ERP systems, budgeting tools, and advanced Excel functionality is a plus.
