The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, HR Process & Change Management, will be a key contributor to the HR Performance Improvement team, focusing on optimizing HR processes and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives through effective change management strategies.

This role will involve hands-on process mapping, analysis, and support for transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Design: Conduct detailed analysis of current HR processes eg. talent acquisition lifecycle, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state processes
• Process Improvement Methodologies: Apply Lean principles and other process improvement methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance HR service delivery.
• Working Group Facilitation: Support the Director in establishing and facilitating working groups for process redesign initiatives, gathering input and driving consensus among stakeholders.
• Change Management Support: Assist in the development and deployment of change management plans, including communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Playbook Documentation: Contribute to the development of the HR service delivery playbook, documenting new processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Project Support: Provide strong project management support for various HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or change management roles, preferably within an HR context.
• Proven experience with process mapping tools and methodologies eg. Visio, BPMN
• Solid understanding of change management principles and frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management eg. Prosci is a plus
