About the Role

If you are searching for a company where you can make a difference, we are looking for you. We are looking for a Cleanroom Custodial Associate who will provide a variety of custodial services on the third shift, working from 4:00 p.m. through 4:30 a.m., Friday nights through Sunday mornings.

This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Please note that evening, night and weekend shift positions are eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

Responsibilities
  • Precision cleaning of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and equipment
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors, walls, and ceilings
  • Hand-wiping floors and equipment
  • Communicating discrepancies with rooms or with equipment to area leader
  • Following verbal and written directions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Prior janitorial and/or housekeeping experience preferably in a commercial environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to communicate ideas concerning the improvement of the cleanroom custodial area / Basic computer skills with the ability to learn more advanced systems
  • Ability to: Read and follow SOPs andComplete log sheets
  • Ability to work: In a controlled environment and wear cleanroom garments
  • Ability to within a team environment and be willing to help others without close supervision after training period is completed
  • Ability to work a modified shift weekend
