Responsibilities:This position will support the Bloomberg Initiative by developing and overseeing designated pathways. This position will serve as a project manager for the designated pathways ensuring pathways align with the strategic goal of the Bloomberg Initiative and DUHS. The role will create, implement, and evaluate apprenticeship programs for DUHS Nursing and Patient Care Services. Additionally, this position will offer mentorship and coaching to nursing and patient care services staff, facilitating their career progression and professional growth within the health system. Required Qualifications at this Level Education BSN Required Experience 3 years of nursing experience Education experience with designing and delivering training curriculum preferred. Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required. BLS required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate clearly and to build bridges across diverse stakeholder groups from the executive to the front-line level. Communications skills and excellence in delivering oral and written presentations. Able to set priorities, organize and manage multiple tasks independently. Anticipates needs; takes a proactive approach to work. Ability to meet deadlines. Extremely strong attention to details; focus on quality of deliverables and project outcomes. Ability to coordinate and organize efficient meetings and events.
