Pay: $18 per hour | Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support for transportation and dispatch, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating driver routes.
  • Handle communications (phone, email, customer inquiries) and maintain accurate records of schedules, logs, and compliance documents.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and assist with payroll/timesheets.
  • Manage office files, supplies, and general administrative tasks to support daily operations.




Qualifications:



  • Must have two years of related experience, 10 key, and heavy Excel experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (transportation or logistics experience is a plus).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of dispatch or transportation management systems is a plus.
