About the Role: Area Vice President (AVP)As an Area Vice President, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to some of the most influential healthcare organizations in the country. Your mission: retain and grow client relationships by delivering meaningful solutions that drive measurable impact. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role where you'll lead through influence, not hierarchy. What You'll Do
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience This role can be remote or based in our Chicago hub. For those in-office, we follow a hybrid model-Tuesdays through Thursdays in-office, with flexibility to work from home on other days and when traveling. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $101,000 - $155,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
