IT Project Manager

POSITION MISSION

Provide leadership and management for the New Store Opening (NSO) process through cross-departmental facilitation and IT deliverables ownership, helping ensure in the timely and successful openings of new Bagel Brands locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Identify tasks and dependencies associated to New Store Openings (NSOs)
• Develop and maintain NSO projects plans/schedules
• Directly manage IT vendor deliverables
• Communicate timelines and expectations to IT vendors and internal business departments
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and check-in meetings
• Follow-up with task-assigned resources to ensure timely completion
• Identify and eliminate project blockers
• Anticipate and mitigate timeline risks
• Deliver project status updates for team members and management
• Track IT budget for NSOs
• Additional duties as assigned
• Ability to travel as required

EDUCATION - TRAINING - EXPERIENCE

Required:

• Minimum three years leading projects
• Experience in project management tools & methodology
• High proficiency in Excel

Desired:

• Experience in retail support
• Experience MS Project
