PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Homeowner Services Manager serves as the primary liaison to homeowners and their agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide operational support to Deer Valley's Lodging division, specifically the assigned lodging property and the Lodging Admin team.
  • Execute and maintain new Rental and Unit Management Agreements.
  • Ensure homeowner questions/requests/problems are addressed promptly and verify that appropriate action has been taken.
  • Ensure accuracy of owner statements by reviewing balances, charges, and revenue payments.
  • Gather and track owner stay dates and update reservation system to accurately reflect homeowner stays and dates available for nightly rentals.
  • Conduct appraisals of private homes and condominiums, ensuring they meet the standards set by Deer Valley.
  • Work with the Homeowner Acquisition Manager on strategies for new property acquisition, meeting with potential new owners and realtors as needed.
  • Post work orders, order replacement items, and process miscellaneous owner charges in property management software.
  • Update internal documents and spreadsheets for new contracts.
  • Coordinate annual renewals, payments, and charges for all owners at all properties.
  • Promote on-going communication with owners related to unit status.
  • Facilitate paperwork and establish communication with new owners when a unit is sold.
  • Create an online newsletter to provide information on property updates, local information, and revenue forecast.
  • Assist owners and maintenance/housekeeping departments with maintenance requests and condominium upgrade projects.
  • Prepare end-of-year tax information with breakdowns of expenses and revenue.
  • Update and maintain homeowner websites.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior homeowner relations experience preferred.
  • Requires immense attention to detail and the ability to create, maintain, and interpret Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Professional communication in both written and verbal forms required.


DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • Year Round


PAY RATE:
  • $74,000 - 84,000, dependent on experience
