Hourly:

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range: $28.80 - $40.31 per hour

Business Analyst

Responsible for the configuration and support of a broad range of technological and administrative functions related to the resort's point of sale systems, RTP|One, Inntopia and Aspenware eCommerce booking platforms, Square and Accesso Food and Beverage systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following: other duties may be assigned:
  • Product setup, security administration and system configuration performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide phone, email, and in person support to all resort operations to diagnose and troubleshoot the point-of-sale applications.
  • This person will interface with all lines of business within the organization.
  • Document user requests, issues, symptoms and relevant issues in work order system.
  • Troubleshoot issues by using all available methods both remotely and/or in person with the end user.
  • Evaluate and prioritize issues.
  • Effectively escalate all items for which resolution is not possible, and follow-up to ensure timely resolution on behalf of the end user.
  • Maintain internal customer/user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the review of resort policies and procedures in the identification of improvements for corporate synergy. Ensure relevant company policies are being adhered to.
  • Develop documentation of application testing, user guides, job aides, policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Competencies and Job Requirements:
  • 2-3 years experience with RTP|One as a frontline supervisor or administrative experience with RTP|One product configuration.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines, while providing timely resolution to issues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of quality.
  • Ensure timely communication and provide follow-up information to the lines of business.
  • Fluent use of Microsoft Office, with strong excel skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills for trouble-shooting complex software applications.
  • This position requires ample patience, as you are dealing with users who may be having immediate software difficulties.
  • Able and willing to work effectively with dynamic teams.
  • Strong organizational and self-prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, oral & written.
  • Strong sense of customer service for both our internal and external guests & safety awareness.
  • Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards.
  • Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time.
  • Work well as part of a team.


Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks regularly throughout the day; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 25 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outside weather conditions.

Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate.

Equipment Used in Job: RTP software, office equipment, various software and computer equipment.

  • Product administration within RTP|One, Inntopia & Aspenware Commerce, SMS, Square, Accesso Platforms
  • MS SQL experience.
  • Prior technical Service/Help Desk experience.
