Job Summary: The Premium Experience Concierge provides exceptional service to guests by delivering personalized assistance, information, and coordination across all aspects of the Premium Experience program. This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless, luxury-level experience for all premium guests, assisting with a variety of services including express lift access, on-mountain dining reservations, and parking logistics. The Concierge works closely with the Premium Experience team, resort departments, and guests to provide tailored recommendations, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance the overall guest experience.

Hourly

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.

Base hourly pay range dependent upon experience and skill level: $20.50 - $35.99

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; Other duties may be assigned:
  • Provide personalized service to premium guests, fulfilling their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, assisting with requests related to express lift lanes, designated parking, on-mountain dining, and other premium services.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager of Premium Experience & Locker Operations and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of services for premium guests.
  • Anticipate guest needs by offering personalized recommendations for activities, dining, and resort amenities.
  • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring timely recovery and satisfaction.
  • Support the planning and execution of VIP guest services, special events, and high-profile requests.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of resort offerings, seasonal changes, and activities to provide up-to-date information to guests.
  • Manage reservations, special requests, and event details to ensure everything is in place for a seamless experience.
  • Track guest feedback and communicate insights to the Manager to assist in ongoing program improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty through consistent service excellence.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with carrying, transporting, and organizing ski and snowboard equipment as needed.
  • Assist with the training and development of concierge staff to ensure high standards of service delivery and alignment with departmental goals.
  • Provide guided tours of premium areas to new or prospective guests, highlighting program benefits, lounge access, and exclusive amenities.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-level concierge and guest services in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with premium guests and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving guest issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring all guest services and experiences are personalized and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and willing to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays, to ensure premium guest needs are met.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear. Must be capable of walking or standing 75 % or more of a normal 8 - 10 hour work shift. Must be capable of occasionally carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 35lbs. Must capable of occasionally squatting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and balancing, able to climb ladders and shovel snow. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.

Education and Experience:

Required:
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, or concierge services.
  • Strong knowledge of resort amenities, activities, and services.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or resort environment.
  • Familiarity with resort software systems (e.g., RTP).
