The Electro-Mechanical Site Manager will manage and direct the day-to-day performance of the material handling equipment supported by his/her specific team. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $98,000 to $123,000 salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What you will do in this Role:
  • Lead, coordinate, and advise all functions of your report staff.
  • Perform at a professional level to interpret and process more sophisticated, less clearly defined issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems with outstanding precision.
  • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for your functional area.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within your area of responsibility, presenting effectively to the customer.
  • Identify resource needs and develop justifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems swiftly and successfully!
What we are looking for:
  • An Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managing work groups.
  • Proven understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating key responsibilities as outlined above.
  • Ability to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
  • Experience in managing critical metrics and fault data through tracking, measuring, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing improvements.
  • Proficiency in crafting reports and communication materials to supervise and report performance issues.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or equivalent experience to deliver outstanding results to the customer.
