Director of Pharmacy and Materials Management As a full time, exemptDirector of Pharmacy and Materials Managementwith CPS Solutions, LLC at Henry County Hospital. Pharmacy duties include pharmacy organization of workflow, formulary management, operating the pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. In addition, you will be staffing and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing and controlling activities. You will fill orders with accuracy; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy. You will also oversee a staff of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. Materials Management duties includeoverseeing and managing all aspects of the Materials Department in a hospital setting. Duties include developing and implementing policies and procedures for procurement, inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution, while coordinating all Central Services activities except sterilization, providing administrative support to the VP of Finance and Development through reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis, and capital expenditure oversight, and serve as the primary contact for purchase agreements and vendor negotiations, maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships by collaborating with hospital staff to assess material needs, reviewing and approving purchase orders, and soliciting proposals for supplies and equipment, excluding pharmaceuticals and dietary products. Schedule: This full time position will work at least 40 hours per week typically Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, or as needed. Salary Range:$160,000 to $180,000 annual salary (based related on experience). Required Qualifications for this dual role:
