Short Description The Director of Professional Development & Strategic Growth will have supervisory experience and experience in an integrated health system or health environment preferred. Knowledge, experience, and demonstrated success in creating and managing strategic projects involving multiple stakeholders are required. Knowledge of human resources, benefits and exceptional strength in strategic thinking analysis in problem solving and organizational leadership. The ability to exercise sound administrative judgement when needed, forward thinker and embrace innovation 3-5 years of strategy, human resources, professional development and program planning and/or management required. Resolve conflicts in the best possible manner. Experience Required 3-5 years of experience in HR as a Generalist/Talent Acquisition Partner.
