The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The BMET I demonstrates confidence in using electronic test equipment to diagnose and service medical equipment. He/she will ensure all medical equipment meets manufacture specifications and is safe for patient care. They can assist clinical staff in the use of medical equipment, document all work performed and participate in Biomedical Engineering emergency on-call program. Qualifications: Required: Minimum AAS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent work/military experience in Biomedical Engineering.
