As a Business Systems Team Lead, you'll guide the group that serves as IT and analytical liaison to Uline's Finance team. Position Responsibilities Oversee a team of analysts to ensure quality work completed in a timely manner with accuracy and data integrity. Review business processes to identify, develop and implement improvements that drive efficiency. Participate in critical technology modernization projects across the department and broader business. Serve as business liaison between technology vendors and Uline IT to support business needs. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. Major in Business or Computer Science preferred. 3+ years of experience as an Analyst with a strong knowledge in creating queries, writing reports and presenting findings. Advanced Excel, SQL and VBA sills with experience implementing solutions. Proven leadership experience providing coaching, mentoring and feedback.
