Quality Systems Analyst (ISO Coordinator)

Position Summary:

The Quality Engineer/ISO Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). This role ensures compliance with applicable standards, facilitates audits, and promotes continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits; track and ensure closure of non-conformities.
• Train staff on ISO standards and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality, environmental, and safety initiatives.
• Prepare reports and metrics for management review.
• Stay current with changes in ISO standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO coordination or quality systems management.
• Certification in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS software.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $76,320 to $85,860.
